Well you know, in German, meat is "Fleisch". The butcher is the Fleischerei (fleshery) and pork is the equivalent of "swine flesh" (Schweinefleisch)! Mmmm.
No way! They were cooking steak at Trader Joe's last week for the demo and it was DIVINE! I was too cheap to buy it for four. (Once the boys devoured their samples I knew there was no chance I was getting away with steak just for the adults.) I'm glad someone enjoyed it. Mmmm.

OH MY GOSH. I just clicked on the photo and made it enormous. I think it's the lighting that makes it so frightening...must it glisten so?
He he. I took a more appetizing picture, but I love how this one just screams FLESH at you.
It took me three days to finish, but it was one of the best steaks I've ever had (and from Trader Joes!)
