Ode to Duck Fat

This is potatoes, an onion, salt, and duck fat cooked in the oven at 400 for about 40 minutes. Mmmm.

No, Gypsy, haven't read that book...but I will now.

That was a great book! I read it and, during one story, actually discovered that our Brand manager for Kobrand is in the book by name! I asked her if it was her and it really was! (she--Sarah-- brings him champagne samples or something). Pretty cool! --Molly
