Wow, that looks and sounds fantastic.
We had fresh grapefruit slices too!
Also, Shaun made his family's Easter bread and I made a savory bread pudding with challah, thyme, ham, fontina and gruyere. We had wilted spinach with that. The recipe recommended the curly spinach that I did not know existed until I saw it on your blog. Sigh.
Hooray for an heirloom spinach comeback! That bread pudding sounds really really good.
